Nike "Freddy Krueger" Sneakers
So this might be old news but new to me. This sneaker is based upon the villain Freddy Krueger from the Nightmare on Elm Street films. The sneaker has an interesting design which features blood accents and black/red striping which is a reference to Krueger’s bloodstained sweater. Apparently Nike released its Nike Dunk SB “Freddy Krueger” in November 2007. Read more for large pics.
Follow up:
I'd love to wear a pair of these around and wait to see how many people would notice (since they are blood stained). Still, while I was researching on these I read somewhere that Nike had to stop production because Nike was going to get hit with a trademark infringement suit. I don't know how much truth there is to that but I read it in at least two different places. Maybe a pair will show up on HorrorBid.com one day!

yep....very very few of these ever made it to market. I knew they were coming out and had already contacted two different shoe stores for ordering them for me. One store told me they would definitely be getting pairs in. Just a week or so after they were officially released, the store called me and told me their shipment got cancelled due to Nike having to pull them....drats, drats...triple drats!!

I have a pair of these shoes. I won them from an auction on ebay in Feb of 09..I got them for $140.00...they sell for a hell of a lot more these days. They get looks and remarks everytime I where them to a horror convention!

Damn, awesome website. I actually came across this on Bing, and I am happy I did. I will definately be coming back here more often. Wish I could add to the posts here and bring a bit more to the table, but am just absorbing as much info as I can at the moment.

Hi, within the final 3 weeks I have gotten e-mail from 4 completely different lottery corporations telling me I am a winner. every lottery is totally different and every wants me to pay ins. and postage to have my verify delivered. additionally every lottery for some unkbnown motive is based in canada . has this happend to anyone else? in fact I have never despatched any money for supply or what ever. how do I do know that every one of these are scams? Is there any real ones? two of the lottery's are from well-known companys.when ever I reply and ask questions I'm never answered, They reply with one other letter asking for money for delivery.any recommendations?
