"I was supplied with an enormous amout of pictures of the prop used during the escape scene, front back, etc. The shell inside the layers of paper is what I sculpted. That casting is a hard thin rubber, tinted orange, which acts as a shell for the paper to be applied to. It's there not only for support, but to give a specific look. I've also got the templates for the paper placement, taken from measurments of the actual mask. Once the paper is applied, the entire thing is all sealed, so its a tough mask".
