Updated!!! Compare the Halloween 2 posters!

Today the official one sheet for Rob Zombie's Halloween 2 hit the web. I'm not really that impressed with it. Not trying to toot my own horn but give me a day with photoshop I could whip up something better. Personally I think many of our Halloween 2 Poster contest entries were much better (click here to see the winning entries). However, I've decided to compare the new Halloween 2 poster with the original Halloween II poster.

We also had an excellent suggestion in the comments, "how about we compare the New H2 Poster with the HorrorBid.com Contest winner Poster"? I think that's an excellent idea. So which one do you guys think is better?

The image is cool, yes, but the original poster is SOOO much cooler. It's more mysterious, haunting, and doesn't reveal a THING about the movie.

yeah i love rob and H2 and cannot WAIT but i do beleive the original poster like the person just stated iss better its creepy and doesnt reveal much at all.

you just gotta go with the original vinatge poster. it looks creepy as hell. i mean that pumpkin makes no sense but like others said it lets no one in on the movie at all. the new rz version looks like a kid photoshopped it.

i can see where they are going with the dynamic figure, but the older hollywood posters that had more graphic design (like the original halloween and star wars one-sheets) were much more memorable. this looks like a first quarter design student made it.

the new h2 poster is a piece of crap. even his hand looks computerized. Man I saw rob at a concert and he rocked but damn't What are you thinking with this poster Rob!? by the way the contest winner should be the new art designer
