You've probably read before where I've talked about enjoying the maquette makeover of several iconic horror figures. So to my surprise and delight I noticed that Gentle Giant is offering an Entertainment Earth exclusive Freddy Krueger Maquette. How does this exclusive piece differ from the original Krueger Maquette? Well, it's not just the look but the price too!

So the sculpt remains the same as the original statue but they threw some blood on Freddy's glove and pants. Then they changed the girl's hair, shirt and gave her some socks. So you'd think this would cost more than the original Maquette right? Think again, try 35 dollars cheaper! Yep, while the original costs $125 (Entertainment Earth website price) this Exclusive only costs $90!! Finally they give us collectors a freak'n break for once. Nine times out of ten an exclusive automatically means I have to break my piggy bank for the extra change.
