I've been psyched to see this movie ever since I first heard about it a couple years back in the Horror Con circuit. I barely missed a viewing held in Louisville earlier this year and THE BLACK WATERS OF ECHO'S POND just recently held its red carpet premiere at Santa Monica's Laemmle Theater. The Black Waters of Echo's Pond, directed by Gabriel Bologna and scripted by Sean Clark, features Nick Mennell and the Goddess of Sexy, Danielle Harris. James Duval and Robert Patrick are also featured but it gets even better! Also starring are the smoking hot Babysitter twins (Electra and Elise Avellan). If you're like me, you already want to see the flick and you don't even know the premise yet! Black Waters is rumored to be showing at the upcoming HorrorHound Weekend Convention in Cincinnati November 20-22. I've checked HorrorHound Weekend's film schedule and they've yet to confirm this so if you're lucky enough to be going keep your fingers crossed. Premise: In THE BLACK WATERS OF ECHO'S POND, nine friends take a holiday at a Victorian home on a private island and uncover a game that when played brings out the worst in each of them. Jealously, greed, hatred, lust, all of the things they keep buried deep inside themselves rise to the surface and come to a boil. The Black Waters of Echo’s Pond shows those who look into it what they want to see… but what you want to see isn’t always the truth.
