New 'Let Me In' Remake Poster

The question of whether the brilliant Swedish Vampire film "LET THE RIGHT ONE IN" should be remade for American audiences is a question that you probably already know the answer to. Forget about that and forget about this being our 3rd vampire story in the past 10 hours (VampireBid anyone?)...

Follow up:

We don't normally do this but HorrorBid member "BrandyWine" sent us this poster of a fan made artist named Rabba from DeviantArt.com. This blows away the teaser poster released earlier and we think it's safe to say Rabba should be doing theater movie posters for a living!

Synopsis- In the haunting and provocative Let Me In, an alienated 12-year-old boy (Smit-McPhee) befriends a mysterious young newcomer (Moretz) in his small New Mexico town and discovers an unconventional path to adulthood. The film is based on the bestselling vampire novel, Lat den Ratte Komma In, by Swedish author John Ajvide Lindqvist and is an English-language remake of the highly acclaimed Swedish film.

Below is the fan made poster.

And now the "official" teaser poster (yawn).

Please no. We have proved with Ring, Grudge, Dark Water .. etc, that when we take a Non-American Horror film and Americanize it, SCREW IT UP. Just put subtitles on it and release it world wide .. wait they did that O_O
