'Teen Wolf' Remake News; Houston We Have a Director

We reported well over a month ago that the TEEN WOLF franchise (originally staring Michael J. Fox) would be getting an overhaul via MTV of all companies. It was announced then that Tyler Posey, Tyler Hoechlin, Crystal Reed and Dylan O'Brien would be starring in the remake with Jeff Davis (Criminal Minds) writing this masterpiece. Today we find out who will be directing our furry friend in this sure to be a hit remake...

Follow up:

We can confirm that Russell Mulcahy (Resident Evil: Extinction) will be behind the camera when production starts rolling in Atlanta, Georgia in the next month. Look for the TEEN WOLF remake to hit the screen later this year.

Below is the face we made when we heard MTV would be involved and sorry Jason Bateman fans, he nor Michael J. Fox will be making cameos.

Great, Russell Fucking Mulcahy, the guy who let the Jovich chick kill Zombies with a slash from the Bowiknife, seperating NEITHER neck, head, or spine. The guy who screwed the Tyrant up sooooo bad, that I didnt even know it was suppose to be a Tyrant untile I saw it in the credits listed as such. The guy who took Wesker one of the coolest charecters in Resident Evil and made him a Coorporate bum with big hair. Weskers hair was cool, not Fran Dressher. Cool hair/Big hair, there is a damn differance. Yeah, this remake is off to a wonderful start, excuss me while I go something constructive ... like run track with a Machette.
