Well, well, well look who's back. Despite news concerning Kate's absence from Underworld 3D (the 4th Underworld installment), Variety claims Beckinsale is set to return and so is the franchise's creator, her husband Len Wiseman. I'm sure this is HUGE news for Underworld fans who missed Kate and her hot vampire bod in Underworld 3. Read more.

And there was much rejoicing! Yeah! Well, almost. Seems somebody over at Bloody found out that Beckinsale wants out of the contract. Apparently she wants out of it so bad that she's doing "everything she can to leave the project". Ouch!!! We love you too Kate . . . you and your little spandexed caboose.

There you go fans, you might get what you wanted but Kate doesn't seemed too thrilled with returning. This is a bit surprising too considering these movies really put her on the map and plus she gets to work with her husband. I understand actors/actresses wanting their body of work to be diverse and not wanting to be type-casted but I say if you're good at something why deny?

However, Underworld fans should be pleased for now. Kate Beckinsale is officially back and in 3D no less.
