See Zombies in Animation! Watch the A.D. Movie Trailer

All I can say is it's about time. One thing the horror genre lacks more of is animated features and that's exactly what we are getting with this wicked animated zombie flick called A.D.. The Undead all toon'd up ready to eat some brains and crave some flesh . . . now that's what I'm talking about! Seriously, this thing looks so off the hook! Why are you still reading us blabbing on and not reading more right now?!!

Follow up:

So the trailer for A.D. showed up on Zombie Info a few days ago and man does this look boss or what? I'm sure you're like me and want to watch this sucker right now am I right? Well, unfortunately we can't (don't you just hate it when a horror site reports on something that you just can't wait to see? They just rub it in and make you that much more impatient. I hate sites like . . . uh never mind LOL).

As of now there is no specific details available concerning A.D. which sucks major balls . . . and when I say major I'm talking HUGE BALLS. However, if you zoom over to Zombie Info there is an interesting interview with A.D.'s filmmakers. The interview includes Director Ben Hibon, producers Bernie Goldmann and Tarik Heitmann, and writer Haylar Garcia. Click Here to check it out. Also, be sure to check out the screen caps, trailer and teaser poster below (again, thanks to Zombie Info).

Me and my buddy just read this and we are so stoked! This is what the genre needs and I truly mean that. Pixar type horror movies. This is gonna rock I have a feeling. Cool story!

I could not possibly be more psyched about this. I have thought for many years that Dreamworks and Pixar should create more adult-themed content. Kids get enough. I mean, everybody knows that half of the jokes in Shrek were pointed squarely at adults, but real adult content has been lacking. What about us? I believe that animation is the final frontier of horror. Anything is possible. For those who have never seen it, get thee to a video store and rent Robert Zemeckis' Beowulf. This is as close to animated horror as I have ever seen and despite it's several flaws delivers up a substantial amount of grue, something I did not expect the first time I viewed the movie. I really hope that this film catches on and horror finds a new home in animated features.
