More SCREAM 4 Chatter From Director Wes Craven
While out promoting MY SOUL TO TAKE which hits theaters tomorrow Wes Craven has talked a bit about SCREAM 4 and whether the series is going. While the film just wrapped shooting and Craven has been on this whirlwind media blitz its been nice to get nuggets about Ghostface and what we might see...
Follow up:
While talking to the LA TIMES HERO COMPLEX Craven had this to say,"It was old-home week, in a sense, to work again with Kevin and Neve [Campbell] and Courteney [Cox] and David [Arquette]. It was the thought of having a good time and making an interesting movie and continuing that kind of storyline. It's pretty unusual for there to be a series of films to have the same core actors for that many years; it's been 16 years of following the lives of these characters. Usually in genre, they knock them off, and the next sequel it's somebody new. This one has had the interesting thing of introducing new people and keeping with the old ones as well."
A mixture of old cast and new cast will hopefully work for the fourth outing. Little is still known about the plot as is the case with most of the SCREAM movies. As we get closer to its April 15th, 2011 release date we will slowly here more and more about whats going on in Woodsborro. Stay tuned for more information as we get it SCREAM fans.
