Rob Zombie will make a special guest appearance on the Halloween edition of ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. The rock singer-turned-horror film writer/director signed up for the project to help with the design and construction of a haunted house for the Oregon School For The Deaf, which uses the haunted house as a way to raise money for their school...

In an interview with KEZI.com Zombie had this to say, "It's absolutely amazing to be able to help the school with something like this,"

"To be asked to come do something to work on a haunted house and make it as scary and crazy as I could to help the school was awesome, It was a rare opportunity to put some evil to good use."

ABC also constructed brand new dorm rooms for the Salem, Oregon, school. All labor and materials were donated for the project, which is estimated to have cost more than $1 million.
