NECA Announces They're Making The Largest PREDATOR Figure Ever Made

Huge news PREDATOR fans and collectors everywhere! NECA just announced that they are releasing an exact 1/4 scale replica of a classic 1987 PREDATOR (that's 19 inches tall)! The massive figure is coming out August of next year and will retail for just $80. This is top shelf "WE WANTS" right here...

"NECA surprises fans today with the announcement that they will be releasing a 1/4th scale Classic Predator action figure. Available in April 2011 priced at around $80, the towering action figure will be available in three seperate versions: Open Mouth, Closed Mouth and with Helmet. The beast will be packaged fully assembled with over 20 points of articulation and real body net. This is the definitive 1987 Predator."

What about the 1:1 Sharper Image use to sell, or were they not considered figures?

So let me get this straight. Their selling 3 different version... One with open mouth, one with closed mouth, and one with helmet... If I'm getting that right then that is some total BS, why not have those heads interchangeable or at least movable mandibles and include a bio helmet! Figure looks awesome, but if they come in 3 separate versions then that is just lame and a rip off...

Wow! This is gonna look great next to my 19 inch Terminator endoskeleton. Just one problem...Why the fuck can't they provide a removable helmet!!? Why do I have to choose which one out of the 3 because they are $80 a pop? Shame on you NECA. I have a bunch of figures from you guys but now your just doing us wrong. It should come with a removable mask. It is unacceptable to expect me to buy atleast 2 of those because I want to see the predator with a mask and without at times. Not cool. There goes my milk money.
