I appreciate the idea but I agree with everyone else, it was not all that good. He's ego is scarier to me than anything in this video. And yes, I freely admit, I'm not a fan of this music at all... but to give the video a fair chance, I turned the sound off and watched it listening to In Flames. Still the video was only so/so and his ego and obvious pride issues screamed at me more than anything else. So, I say this: rappers should stick to chrome, diamonds, champagne and pretty girls in their videos and leave the horror to those who's music is more fitted to it... just my opinion.

I ahve to agree to some of the previous comments that this has no place in what is called comparable to the original thriller. Everyone that has an appreciation to old school horror with a cool melody and an enticing "original" rap from vincent price and really awesome make-up effects from rick baker ( my hero) can appreciate the art that was put into it in short time to be one of the top hits of all time. This crap won't stand up.

Maybe you should listen to the show first! I heard so many different "horror" shows and they were boring and tired. Vince is good at what he does because he is funny and he is a horror fan. I think if anything Vince could of went further if he wanted. I can't stand Kanye West because the man is a fake. He talks about how the "black community" needs to be helped out but this man doesn't do anything for his own people! If it matters I am a black male. Thank you Vincent Paul for not backing down. It's a show and it was just a joke with nothing meant behind it. If you do get upset over it then you not hearing the show is doing a favor to the show. Remember this please if anything else. We all say things or think things that we don't agree on but in the end it's not about being right or wrong it's about trying to understand and getting along. The show is great because it's so different and and Vince is humble and never pretends to be something else. So no one is wrong and no one is right, we are all here because we are horror fans. Either way, the guys Vince blew at that concert did not make him gay. If it did he took the proper steps to cure himself with the shock therapy he submitted too.

Just terrible.. An insult to horror fans, and Kayne must have a huge ego if he thinks it is comparable to the original Thriller. This is why the creators of South Park made fun of his huge ego a few seasons ago.

Thriller it is not, but it is only compared to it because pop musicians don't usually put out horror themed videos. This wasn't that bad. As a bit of a fan of rap music, I don't think the song wasn't that awful; Jay-Z's part was probably the best. As a person, Kanye is an ass, but he does write some good lyrics.
As for the video, it seemed like something any generic metal band would do. It wasn't outstanding but it's entertaining enough. Non-horror fans that listen to pop like this may enjoy it. In my opinion, though, Nicki Minaj is the most irritating creature on the planet right now.
