Looks like fear is going to be delivered right to your doorstep as VICTOR SALVA has officially gotten the funding he needs to start on ROSEWOOD LANE. There hasn't been any firm casting news yet but Gina Philips and Ray Wise are possibilities for the film...

The plot follows a radio therapist who moves back to her childhood home after her alcoholic father's death. When she arrives she finds that everyone in the neighbourhood is terrified of the paperboy. She finds it hard to believe that anyone would be so scared of a young boy until she runs into him herself. She finds out that he's a cunning and dangerous sociopath who may have killed her father among others. He also starts showing some abnormal abilities causing the therapist to doubt her sanity and the boy.

SALVA moved on to ROSEWOOD LANE while JEEPERS CREEPERS 3 got stuck and it's not even sure whether that film will ever see the light of day anymore. A crazy paperboy with 'abnormal abilities' seems like a good trade for JEEPERS CREEPERS though so it'll be interesting to see where ROSEWOOD LANE ends up.
