Don't Buy Your Goldfish From The ZOMBIE PET SHOP

Anyone else think that zombie pets and animated 3D movie sounds good together? Sure to please the zombie lover in all the older kids as well as providing a great entry point for the little ones, ZOMBIE PET SHOP has been picked up by The Animation Picture Company...

Follow up:

The script was written by E.L. Katz, a genre writer with the film Dark Corners heading into production this year. ZOMBIE PET SHOP follows a pug named Joey who has to find the antidote to a plague that has turned all his friends in a mall pet shop, as well as the humans that shop there, into zombies.

The zombie genre will certainly never die (pun intended) but this is certainly an angle that normally isn't covered. With Tim Burton's FRANKENWEENIE looking at an October 2012 release date, we may be getting a good helping of pets rising from the grave very soon.

As a zombie fan I'll give this a chance. Hell who knows it might be better than some of the other stuff being released. ;D
