Zombie spoke about THE LORDS OF SALEM, which deals with old school witches terrorizing modern times. "There were twenty people that everyone knows about - obviously all innocent - executed as witches in Salem. The basic premise of the film is that there were a further four who actually were witches, who were killed secretly, and vowed one day to return to wreak havoc on Salem's descendants. That's when the movie jumps ahead to the present day and things start to go wrong."
Below are some scouting pictures Zombie posted on his blog that shows a few locations the film will take place in.
Accroding to our friends at HorrorMovies.ca JEEPERS CREEPERS 3 is currently shooting in LA. According to the website, "They are currently filming the movie as we speak. Just got back from Universal Studios, where I saw the Creeper’s truck driving into a sound-stage." This is the third film in the series that is rumored to be in 3D.
Acccording to MovieHole Deminsion films is pushing back the summer release date for PIRANHA 3DD to November 23rd and have hired on a new writer Joel Soisson who will be rewriting the script that Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton worked on. Interesting to see how the "summer fun" movie will do in the cold autumn month.
And last but not least is a small (VERY SMALL) tidbit of news from producer Brad Fuller who had this to say about the much talked about sequel to the remake of FRIDAY THE 13TH. Fuller tweeted:
"Friday the 13 th, part two ( or is it the 13th?) we won't give up. Dont you either."
