New Cast members for PROMETHEUS Announced; Will This be a Companion Piece to ALIEN?
The latest entry in the epic saga that is the PROMETHEUS project, we have some new cast to connect with the film, and an unnamed source close to the film has some insight to share. The film is shaping up, more and more, in my eyes to not be a direct sequel or prequel but to take place in the same universe, thus serving as a companion piece to the Alien series. What we know so far; Fox Searchlight along with director Ridley Scott are rebooting the ALIEN franchise by going back and telling a prequel story that will consist of two separate films. The rumored titled for the project is ALIEN: PARADISE and although rumors of the film being delayed are still prevalent it is still slated for a 2012 release date....
