We're a sucker for a goofy indie horror-comedy and trust us, this fits the bill! Maybe a little to indie for some but a fun movie none-the-less. THE NIGHT SHIFT is the first feature for the new Alabama based film group, Fighting Owl Films, which is based on their short of the same name. The short became a huge online hit, receiving considerable praise that includes a positive review from no less than genre staple, Fango....
You knew it was going to happen, it always does. It's LEGOs and SCREAM together at last. Wes Craven recently updated his Twitter account with this fan made LEGO trailer stating "it's just not quite as scary in LEGO form." We agree Wes. Why do other countries always seem to have the best commercials? A Direct TV spot shows off many iconic horror icons and yes even Lord Vader himself, although we're not exactly sure the link here we won't complain. It's an odd video to say the least, the music makes little sense but it's definitely worth checking out simply because it's so bizarre. Feast on the video after the break...
It's just so beautiful that we had to share. Nearly brought tears to our eyes. Many of you may find this random but we felt that every horror fan should watch this 20 second video. We promise it will bring a smile to your face . . . especially if you're having a bad day.

Not to throw salt on the wounds but can you blame us? After Zap2it reported on Kevin Williamson (creator of the Scream franchise) leaving the Scream 4 project many fans were completely devastated to say the least. Let's just say it sucked a lot of the fun out of the upcoming sequel. Did this spell doom for a possible Scream 5? Still, you can't keep a good Bidite down and we needed a pick me up and maybe you do to! 
Ever wonder what Jack Nicholson, Al Pachino or Angelina Jolie look like after the sun goes down? Well Celebrity Fury knows and does just that through an extensive "vampiring" up process that turns celebrities into creatures of the night. Mel Gibson even made the list although some would argue that no photo work is needed...
With everything we've seen so far it's pretty obvious what Vampires Suck will be mainly spoofing. Whether you're sick of parody flicks or not, you knew a Twilight spoof was inevitable. Still, we know these types of movies rarely stick to just one source for material and the poster seems to prove this is the case once again. 
One more thing to add to the X-mas list this year. Pretend you're out for a nice jog in the park and need to sit for a moment to catch your breath. You see a typical park bench and decided to make a pit stop. As you begin to sit SSTTOOPPP!!!!! That was close, you almost rammed a metal spike right up your . . . seems the Europeans are now taxing where you sit. Read more to watch the vid.
One thing that we love to do here at HorrorBid is have fun with photos. From growing up in a world of design it's something that's hard to refrain for doing, so we hope you enjoy it. We've had some fun in the past with spoof graphics

Do we really need yet another one of these parody films? Looks like the writing/directing team of Aaron Seltzer and Jason Friedberg are at it again and this time they're back spoofing familiar horror territory. Uh, well we guess Twilight isn't really horror but the word 'vampire' is closely related so we're in the ballpark. 
And it is. "The TwilightSaga: Eclipse" is currently dominating at the box office, but is once again being ignored by male movie-goers and Bidites everywhere. So what is it about the franchise that's keeping guys away and has kept HorrorBid "Twilight" free for the past 6 months?...
Alright so the inevitable has happened. Zombies have taken over the world, big surprise we know. We prepare for it everyday. If the power goes out, if the pizza delivery arrives late, if the sun disappears behind the clouds we immediately grab the ol double barrel and start walking around the office complex. Most of the time it's not a real zombie outbreak but you can never be too careful...

The U.S. should take some advertising advice from Dubai because they know how to cater to the late night crowds. Seems Tonic, an ad agency located in Dubai, whipped up images for Burger King that feature several of horror's slasher legends. Voorhees, Chucky, Krueger and Ghostface will promote B.K.'s late night hours.
