The 107th American International Toy Fair is hopping in New York City with over 1,000 exhibitors showcasing thousands of the newest toys and collectibles. Why should we care? Because this is where us horror collectors get sneak peeks at upcoming horror merch. Time to reorganize those display cases and shelves making room for new pieces and toys.

 Sideshow Collectibles is offering a second chance opportunity for this Deluxe roto-molded Jason Voorhees Part 7 figure. So what's so funny? Well, these figures have gone for at least $100 on feebay while they're sitting at Sideshow for $40 dollars. This Jason collectible is part of Mezco Toyz's Cinema of Fear line so you know it's well worth the money.  Mezco is trying to spread some holiday cheer to collectors this year. Seems they are distributing $50 discount coupons for use on MezcoDirect.com. Of coarse they are only good if you spend over $200 and that doesn't include pre-order items or shipping and handling.  Well look what's finally available. Mezco is celebrating the twenty fifth anniversary of A Nightmare On Elm Street with a deluxe 12inch scale Freddy Krueger figure. Collectors seem to be giving it mixed reviews with some just happy it came out while others are upset about the absence of previously announced features. Sure, they're just collectibles but this Mez-Itz figure and Living Dead Doll of Krueger from A Nightmare on Elm Street remake 2010 give us a better look at his face than any image or trailer we seen thus far.  The collecting news has been slow the past couple days but the famine is over. Dread Central got their hands on pics of Mezco's newest additions to their Mez-Itz line; The Wolfman and Zombie! Both designer-vinyl figures stand six inches tall, with up to six points of articulation! If you want better pics you'll have to read more.

 Who needs a nightlight when you've got your glow in the dark Slasher icons! Mezco Toyz via their Cinema of Fear line is selling a limited edition set of their Tiny Terrors that glow. Featuring Freddy, Jason and Leatherface you can pick these guys up in Mezco's store, Mezco Direct. Seems like a pretty sweet deal to me but Freddy just doesn't look right with only three blades.

Mezco's Cinema of Fear is now adding this 7-inch figure of Michael Myers in Rob Zombie's Halloween 2 to its series. We recently showed you pics of Michael's "homeless" figure but some people don't dig the look. This must be your alternative since this figure is lacking the decaying mask and overcoat. I'm betting this might make an appearance at the upcoming Comic Con convention.

 Zombie has just blogged on his official myspace page the first look at the New Michael Myers "Homeless" action figure for Halloween 2. One can only assume that it's from Mezco since they scored the rights to Halloween 2 merchandise. This "Half-Mask" figure is sweet and I'll be picking one up for sure!!! Read more for pics . . .

Well that was fast. Right on the heals of Mezco's H2 product announcement we already get our first look at the H2 Michael Myers Living Dead Doll. I have to honestly admit, this little thing looks extremely creepy and I wouldn't want it starring at me while I sleep. No release date has been announced.

Looks like we've finally found out which toy company has won the licensing rights to Halloween 2 and just in time. I've been getting itchy to place that H2 Myers figure on my shelf for a while now. Needless to say I'm sure many of you collectors are just as excited to know who will be handling our precious LOL.

 If you are following the horror figure scene than this is old news but thought we'd spread word along to those who have not seen Mezco's new Bloodied version of the Wolfman Figure that will be released later this year. Up until now we've only seen a clean version so it's nice they are giving us a choice (and a possible bit of spoiler for the upcoming remake - and if this is a major spoiler to you, please get out more).
