Coming in as one of our personal favs on our 80's horror movie list is Stephen King's big screen adaptation of PET SEMETARY. Although the film was released at the end of the decade (1989), it was still all 80's thanks to some great practical special effects and the brilliant performance by Fred Gwynne ("...not much further now")...














Of course with today's remake trend we knew it was only a matter of time before our beloeved Stephen King novel and fan boy flick would be remade. Is it nessacary? Of course not. Will we see it? Yes, but I am sure we will be urning for the pressense of the late, legendary Fred Gwynne who portrayed Jud like we imagine no one else will be able to...
