Sam WILL Return! TRICK 'R TREAT Sequel in the Works?
This may be the tinniest morsel of a story we've ever posted but one we are happy to announce. According to the official TRICK 'R TREAT twitter page we get a simple tweet stating that "Sam WILL Return!" Michael Dougherty's brilliat 2007 horror anthology film was shelved for years waiting on a deserved theatrical release and sadly that day never came. However strong DVD and Blu-ray sales encouraged fans that a sequel would happen...
Brand new limited edition one-sheet poster from Michael Dougherty's 2009 release TRICK 'R TREAT. Drew Millward is the artist who created this masterpiece. The overall poster is 15"x 24" hand numbered screen print and is being sold for just $30. It's limited to just 120 posters! Trust us when we say this, after this gets posted they will sell out and sell out fast! Act quickly!...

At what point did over-the-top SAW series go from hard to watch, unsettling torture porn to been there done that? Many people feel that happened around films 4 through 6. Being the huge horror nerds that we are we hate to knock the fact that we get a nice dose of horror every October. The SAW series has become a staple for the genre but all good things must come to an end...

Alright we've given you some time to digest this film. It was released this past Tuesday to an overwhelming response. Many areas are sold out of the film completely and the wait list on direct mail sites like 
Can you honestly say you didn't see this coming? It's completely expected however the good news is that 
Sometimes it takes years, even decades for a pop culture movie, television show or cartoon to get the action figure or collectible treatment. In fact, some of the most geek popular shows and movies never get licensed products. So you can imagine how unusual this is for a movie that's just now hitting DVD and Blu-ray and one that didn't get a theatrical nod to have actual products released...

Is everyone else as hyped about this flick as me? Honestly, the thing has been in the can and sitting on the shelf for years only being dusted off when shown at random film festivals. We are so close to the October 6th Blu-ray and DVD releases and still they have to tease us with yet another trailer. Read more to watch the new
