Is It OK To Mention My New Horror Movie Site?

I would like to submit some material to your site in the form of movie reviews and articles (am a published horror writer and Webmaster of the new horror movie site Horrormovies4U). However, I have one question: is it OK to mention the url of my Horrormovies4U website in my submissions? Can I mention it in the actual body of my article, or has it got to be confined to just the signature?
