7500, is newest English-language film from legendary Japanese horror filmmaker Takashi Shimizu, of the original Ju-on: The Grudge and Grudge remakes, Tomie: Re-birth, Reincarnation, The Shock Labyrinth 3D and Tormented previously. The screenplay is written by Craig Rosenberg (Hotel de Love, The Uninvited).
The film follows a group of passengers who encounter what appears to be a supernatural force while on a transpacific flight.
Ryan Kwanten and Amy Smart will co-star as married couple Brad and Pia Martin, who board Vista Pacific Flight 7500 with their two longtime friends for a trip to Japan. Bibb is set to play Laura Baxter, a flight attendant on the transpacific liner, who is involved in a complicated and secret relationship.
Chung will play Suzy Lee, a newly-engaged flight attendant on Vista Pacific Flight 7500 while Serratos will co-star as Raquel Mendoza, who boards the plane after sharing a secret with her boyfriend. Taylor-Compton is set to play Jacinta Beckett, who has a unique perspective on death.
Look for 7500 to arrive in theaters everywhere starting on August 31st.
