Not as good as the book, but a lot of fun if you're into Greek mythology. Good cast of actors and the monsters were great. I went on a school trip with my son's class to see it. The book is a big hit in schools here. The kids loved it. Its nice to have a movie where as an adult your not bored to tears as your kid has fun.
Are the kids in your school into it? This series of books has almost usurped TWILIGHT's throne with some of the younger students.
