I posted this on f13community and thought I'd share it here also.
It's survival based with a 1 hour deathcurse, aka: deathban. (When you die you are banned from playing for 1 hour). Murder, theft and vandalism(griefing) are allowed.
A zombie mall was made as a tribute to George Romero's 1978 Dawn of the Dead (see second video) . Other big projects are planned for the future.

clsmc.dyndns.org is the address to our server, joined through the minecraft.exe if you own the game.
The name 'Crystal Lake' was chosen for a few reasons:
- Crystal is another term for Diamond in Minecraft.
- the 1 hour deathban fit in for the deathcurse on our Crystal Lake.
- The protagonist of the game is named Steve and he's a miner (which reminds me of Steve Miner, Director of Friday 2)
- Crystal Lake is where I want to spend my time.

There are members that come on to play as Jason but not very often. You will find your greatest enemy to be the environment and other desperate people trying to survive.
If by chance you run into a Jason note that he can be killed but won't be affected by the deathban. A Jason will have a name like 'CampBloodKiller'. He will have a Jason skin, won't be wearing any armor and will not speak to anyone.
