The plotline for The Amityville Haunting has pretty much been kept under wraps by the films producers. Originally it was reported that that this film was going to be based on the Benson murders from the early 80's, but according to Dread Central who was notified by the director Geoff Meed , there is NO relation to the actual people or events in his upcoming film. Filming for TAH is currently under way in sunny Los Angeles. Stay tuned for more news.
