I have not seen Spasms, but I have been interested in checking it out for a little while.

I actually have a screener VHS for Psycho Cop, and the cover art on that one is COMPLETELY trying to get you to belive it is Maniac Cop. On the common VHS, it's just black zig zags below the cop's face, but on the screener, it's actually supposed to be a New York street, and the lettering on the title has the slash marks through it like the Maniac Cop title. Maniac Cop is FAR superior, though.
