Lindsay Lohan to Star in "Scary Movie 5"?

From WorstPreviews comes another bit of news about the "Scary Movie" series.

Lindsay is slowly trying to get her acting career back by starring in a Lifetime movie (Liz and Dick) and another film (The Canyons) that co-stars a male porn star. And now comes word that she's in talks to join the fifth "Scary Movie."

It's still unclear which character she will play, but hopefully she won't appear as herself. "Scary Movie 5" stars Ashley Tisdale ("High School Musical") and will begin shooting this summer.

Malcolm Lee (Soul Men, Undercover Brother) is directing, while David Zucker (Scary Movie 3, Scary Movie 4) is producing. The new movie will hit theaters on April 19th, 2013.

I hope Anna Farris and Regina Hall will returning..love their characters!
Lindsay Lohan...well, haven't seen much of her movies, only the scandals. Lets hope she'll be doing better work than the stuff in her private life.
So there is a release date...nice, I will go and see part 5...has been some years since the last one.
