On DVD Today (Full Release List), Tuesday, November 1st, 2011

New postby Matt_Molgaard » Tue Nov 01, 2011 4:04 pm

With Halloween now a fading memory, horror’s taken a major hit in regards to disc releases this month, and today, November 1st just so happens to be one of the most depressing Tuesday’s of November. I understand the shifting of the seasons, and the swing that we’ll experience in terms of holiday themed films being released, but it’s a depressing day when The Craigslist Killer looks to be one of the weeks few shining stars.

I was thinking that for a second myself, then I realized I was thinking of Immortals, which starts on 11/11/11.

11-11-11 Is getting a theatrical release. This is just a knock off the theatrical movie of the same name that will be released on November 11th. This movie is a movie by The Asylum. They often do this with many movies.

Wow, had no idea and I really think it goes against the whole reason for cinema when companies try to copy other films nearly exactly and/or basically trying confuse others in order to get some revenue.
