I think it is the PSYCHOPATH1 mask from the propshopsite.com. Looks like the knife from there too.

The mask is a Destroyer v1 in most of the shots. Two of the shots i'm wearing my original run Buried. And the knife is a bcp custom made RZH1 replica. Thanks for the kind words brothers.
