Dieter Laser Leaves "The Human Centipede III" and Six Entertainment Plans To Sue?

The actor who played the infamous Dr. Heiter in The Human Centipede (First Sequence) (2009), and who was recast as the same villian in The Human Centipede III (Final Sequence) (2013) has now left the project. After recieving his script almost half a year late and after the offical annoucement, he decided that he couldn't undertake such a role again;

"I didn’t like the realization at all, couldn’t identify with the character the way it was written and developed immediately and enthusiastically in a day and night marathon a version full of concrete and practical suggestions which would enable me to play the lead full throttle – same procedure as with Dr. Heiter – but this time it also would have had some unavoidable effects to the dramatic structure. That was too much for Tom and since he couldn’t live with my suggestions and I as a method actor couldn’t identify with his version, I told him that I couldn’t see any other way than that he would have to ‘change horses’. That’s it."

Director Tom Six replied to this on his Twitter with "BREAKING NEWS: MY COMPANY WILL SUE ACTOR DIETER LASER!!! WORDWIDE PRESS RELEASE WILL FOLLOW SHORTLY" Is this too far? I mean he'll have to re-write his full script and his plan for the perfect ending to the trilogy will not be able to happen, but he didn't listen to Dieter's suggestions. So who is actually in the wrong here? Guess we'll find out later in the press release. Unless this is a publicity stunt, I can imagine Tom doing something like that...

UPDATE; Producer and Sister of Tom, Illona Six just realised a short statement about what is going on; "Because of the success of The Human Centipede, it seems that Mr Dieter Laser’s ego has grown to laughably big proportions. First signing the contract and rating the THC3 script as fantastic ,and then demanding his own unacceptable script changes, and now refusing to play the part only seven weeks prior to shooting. Six Entertainment Company will start legal action against Dieter Laser. Tom Six says not to worry – principal photography will be postponed and will take place later this year."

Yeah, this is pretty lame in all aspects. I can understand why Six wants things to be his way as this continuation of the series requires a lot of control to get right. If the third in the series were to flop it would be a big letdown to his fans who have become creepily obsessed with his style of ultra sick film making. I hope for the best but somehow I don't see this ending pretty. But then again how nice would it be if this was some strange publicity stunt and he was never supposed to reprise his role as the main character but instead the last person on the extremely long new human centipede?

How is this; The plot revolves around this sick as fuck director (six) who has finally snapped and calls together a cast to complete the final film in his human centipede series and experiences trouble with financing production and cast and crew, so he conspires to use all of them to assemble his final masterpiece a 600 piece human centipede. It could all be shot in found footage style like hes filming a "making of" and the casting call and inter-cast turmoil could be a very strange setup for viral marketing. Because as we have seen Six has taken some strange approaches with his marketing in the past. and to follow along with the theme of each movie dumping into the next we could begin the final film with the camera pulling back from tom six shooting Human Centipede part Full sequence. Six could be the villian and the entire cast and crew could be the links in the centipede. Far fetched but just strange enough to work.

haha holy shit wow, that's such a good idea. i hope thats actually part of the plot because i'd love tom to actually be a god like character in the film, and wow *mind blown*

That would be pretty cool but he would be placing lots of faith in a film style he hasn't to my knowledge attempted before. But still...
